Ever watched a movie that is full of paradoxes?
Confusing?

Let's take a walk into the plot:

Plot 1:

A temporal agent from a time travel agency walks into a shop to stop a fizzle bomber in New York city in the year 1975. Things didn't go as planned and he went into a gun fight with the fizzle bomber. The bomb detonates and his face was destroyed, but luckily for him, someone gave him his time travelling instrument sending himself back to the future in 1992. We will get to know who helped him at the end of the story.

He woke up with a new face and a changed voice after a surgery from his agency. He was diagnosed with a lot of mental disorders which were effects of excessive time travels.

But he was given a final mission which was in 1970.

Plot 2:

In his final mission in The year 1970, the temporal agent worked as a bartender and on one of those nights, a young man walked in. The agent started a conversation with this young man whose name was John. John was an interesting young man; a writer who took the name the "unmarried mother". John's writing was intriguing which pushed the temporal agent into a conversation about John's life story.

John opened up that he was given birth to as a girl and was left in an orphanage by an unknown person in 1945. John says his name was Jane when he was a girl. This leaves the temporal agent hinged. He asked why he is now a boy when she was actually a girl. John continued that he grew in the orphanage until a company by name space corps adopted her for a mission. But on the line they discovered that she was intersex (possessing both male and female organs).

This made the company to dismiss her. In 1963, Jane met a mysterious young man and got pregnant for him. But the mysterious man vanished one night which made Jane resentful and full of sorrow.

Soon it was time for Jane to give birth, but the birth process was a difficult one. Her female organs were damaged but her baby was alive. So the doctors had to perform a surgery, removing the female organs and keeping only the male organs. Gave her testosterone to help her become a man. The doctors told her the changes and she was in shock. This is how Jane became John.

While John was telling this story to the temporal agent, he was full of resentment for the Mysterious man who put her in family way. She wanted revenge. So the temporal agent offered John a chance to take revenge but he has to follow him back in time to 1963.

He agreed and they went back in time. So John waited for the mysterious man who impregnated Jane while the temporal agent went back in time to 1975 to stop the fizzle bomber a second time.

Plot Twist:

Now this is where the movie gets interesting...

John while waiting for the mysterious man who impregnated Jane, was hit from the back by Jane (his female sef). It was at this point that John knew that he was the mysterious man and that he actually fell in love with his former self and impregnated her.

On the other hand the temporal agent discovered that he was the one who helped himself the first time he had a fight with the fizzle bomber. He also realized that John was his younger self.

He was still the person who took the baby Jane gave birth to, into the orphanage in 1945. That means the baby was given birth to in 1964, but he took the baby back in time to 1945. And then he later discovered that the fizzle bomber is himself who became rogue in the future..Now this is the paradox in this movie.

Now let me explain:

Jane was the female version of John - The temporal agent was John whose face and voice was destroyed and the fizzle bomber was the temporal agent who went rogue after being decommissioned. They all are in an endless cycle. And it continues that way.

This is the bootstrap paradox. John will always impregnate Jane, then John with disappear, the baby will disappear back to 1945 and start over the cycle again as Jane. While the older Jane will be turned into a boy John who goes on to have a destroyed face from his older self, the fizzle bomber. This cycle continues that way.

The movie is one of resentment, pain, trying to change fate and the future. But still held in the same cycle over and over again.
