When I go to Daejeon, there is a sashimi restaurant that I often go to for a meal with an acquaintance. It's an izakaya called "Sushi-Hwa", and it's good because it's a place where can enjoy comfortably from meals to alcohol. It is a good place for all my acquaintances to be satisfied when they go with me.

The interior is Japanese-style and all wood. The lunch menu is simple: sushi and soup. We usually order two kinds of soup and sushi.

When we place an order, a simple basic dish called 'Otoshi' comes out first. It's like a Western appetizer.

The assorted sushi is here. This place is really delicious because the ingredients are fresh and the chef's skill is very good. :)

There are two types of soup: spicy fish roe soup and clear cod soup, and each soup has a unique taste, so we can be satisfied with whatever we order.
I order fish roe soup the day after drinking, and cod soup when I want clear soup. Among the side dishes that come with it, kimchi is made by the restaurant itself, and it tastes very good.
