Our kitchen is one the most important aspect of our home. It is a place where all the cooking magic is done!

What appliance do you consider essential in your kitchen? What features would you highlight?

The appliance I consider essential in my kitchen is my Electric Hot plate. The Hot plate has helped me a lot. I use it for cooking my meals.

I have got my Hot plate in 2022. My friend gifted it to me and since then it has been so helpful. As long as there is electric power supply I can cook just anything with my Hot plate. This Hot plate has served me for 3 years.

Some features of my Hot plate.

• Double burner : my Hot plate has double burner which helps me save time while cooking. I can do my cooking in two places.

• Two indicator light : it has two indicator light which helps tells me when the Hot plate is on or off

• Double control : The heat or degree of hotness can be controlled for each burner using the control switch by the sides.

• Portable design: my Hot plate is very portable and doesn't need so much space. It is not so big and not so small.

Which appliance helps you save time when cooking?

One of the appliance that helps me saves time in the kitchen is my electric blender. I use it to blend everything blendeable like tomatoes, pepper, beans, dried crayfish, onion and even fruits.

I use my blender to make my fruits juice and smoothie. My blender makes cooking easy for me and saves time. My blender was also gifted to me by my beloved friend.

What advice would you give the manufacturer of your flagship appliance to improve its performance?

My advice to them as regards to the blender manufactured is for them to make more control buttons on the blender. Because my blender has only one operating switch. Which is used to on and off it.

They can also make the blade bigger and shaper so that it can accommodate other food items to be broken down into smaller bits.

If you had an unlimited budget, which luxury appliance would you buy and why?

If I had an unlimited budget there are several appliances I will buy.

• A washing machine: I will get a big washing to help me do my laundry. It can be very stressful washing with my hands sometimes. This is why I will want to get a washing machine.

• A micro wave: I need a micro wave in my kitchen. It helps me get my food refrigerated warm instead of constantly warming it up.

• Am Air fryer: I need an air fryer in my kitchen. This will help me cut cost of buying vegetable oil and some other ingredients.

• A bigger Refrigerator: I do need a big refrigerator in my kitchen. This will accommodate more food and other items. The one I have is small and doesn't take so much.
